Steve Workings has teamed up with a catering firm with 30 years' experience to develop a one-of-a-kind software package. The professional caterer owns and operates an off-premise catering firm, which means that it takes everything -- from the food to the forks to the fryer -- to the catering site. Imagine how difficult is must be to make sure that you take the right quantities of the right equipment, especially if you're catering two or three events a weekend with 100 or 200 people at each event! To our knowledge, no one has ever developed a complete off-prem catering management system like this.
